Yes, digital gift cards are available to purchase and are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply. If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.

We offer a 14-day return window from time of purchase.

In the unlikely event your order is damaged during delivery, please keep the original packaging and take clear photos. This helps us work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You must contact s within 7 days of receiving your order. We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to repair, replace, or refund goods that arrive damaged.

At Vellor, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our leather goods. If something’s not quite right, we're here to make it right. We offer a standard 1 year limited warranty on our products and comply with the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.  

Shipping is available to New Zealand and Australia. We also ship to most other countries, please email us via our contact page and we will provide you with a freight quote. Please note that for international orders, customers are responsible for all associated taxes.
